A lot of Steiner's Lectures have been read by Dale Brunsvold. He's got a nice tone and it's easy to download to your phone, and listen on the go. Steiner's works can often be dense, so this is a way to allow it to continually process as need be.

This is a great lecture that describes what our Angels do in our Astral body. Each of us has an assigned Angel that is part of our karma and destiny; their job is to help us in many ways. In anthroposophy, it is seen as important to cultivate this relationship.

A great watch, describing the life of Rudolf Steiner, what he was up against and what he intended with Anthroposophy.

The following is a suggestion on where people typically get started with Anthroposophy:
Knowledge of the Higher Worlds - An account of the human being’s journey into the spiritual world and what happens if higher knowledge is attained.
The Philosophy of Freedom - This book is more complex and suited for the philosophically oriented person. Steiner indicated that this book would be key to our future impulses.
Occult Science - This book is like a history lesson from an occult perspective, detailing the evolution of our planet and preceding planets.
Theosophy - This book is digestible in that it includes a bit of everything. It summarises all the main principles of anthroposophy in a way that is cohesive with the other fundamental books. That said, it's still difficult to understand; I would recommend reading it with a friend!

Rudolf Steiner has given six simple exercises to develop and purify thinking, feeling and willing. They are called basic exercises or additional exercises because you can do them in addition to meditation. Even if you do not want to meditate, these exercises are good to do. You get to know yourself better and life becomes more interesting.
Thinking, feeling and willing are parts of the soul. By practising them - first separately (thinking, feeling, willing) and then in combinations - you develop your soul.
